Custom Designs
Whilst I pride myself on offering an incredibly extensive range of clothing, jewellery and ornamental keepsakes; I also understand that there are often pieces you have seen or have in mind that would be absolutely perfect that I don't have listed.
I always welcome bespoke orders with open arms, and will work closely with you to discuss your requirements and ideas and provide a competitive quote to create an item exactly to how you envisioned it. Get in touch
If you require a custom piece of jewellery, ornamental keepsake or clothing item I don't have listed, the first step is to get in touch. You can either send me an email, or contact me via the chat feature on each page or the contact page to briefly describe what it is you're looking for.

The Design Process
Once I have all the information I need, I will contact my design team and they will create a CAD (computer assisted design) mock - up of your jewellery piece (similar to the adjacent image). Once approved by you and me, they will then provide a price for your design.
If you have ordered a clothing custom keepsake, I will create or source a pattern to suit the design requested.

Consultation
Once I've picked up your initial message, I'll get in touch to discuss all the details I can about your hopes and expectations with your item, and obtain any reference images you may have. We'll then discuss the next steps as I take all this information to my design team.

Ordering your custom piece
Once my designer has sent me the CAD design, it has been approved and a price obtained, I will come back to you with a final quote for your item. If you are happy with everything, I will then create a custom listing on our website with all the selections you will need to make for your item, as discussed, and you can then order as normal. Please be aware that custom items may have a turnaround of up to ten weeks for jewellery items, and normal turnarounds apply for clothing. Please also note that discounts are not applicable for any custom item.
