Ring sizing
Please ensure the ring size provided is correct; if at all unsure please request a returnable ring sizer.
We cannot adjust ring sizes once made, and once ordered cannot change the size as each piece is custom made to order. A charge will incur to replace with a new ring if the sizing is incorrect when it arrives.
Turnaround
Please note that all memorial and breastmilk keepsakes have a 4 to 8 week turnaround period as an approximation. During busier times of the year or during school holidays, this may be slightly longer. I will endeavour to get in touch if it is probably that your wait time will exceed the aproximate estimation.
Plating
Please note that if you are ordering a plated version of this ring, over time the gold or rose gold plating will wear back to the original sterling silver state. Refunds or replacements are not available for worn plating, no matter how quickly this wear may occur. Please consider a true 14ct gold and diamond alternative if you would like a longer lasting gold or rose gold ring.
